Thank you to all the front-line health workers and medical staff who are fighting hard for us in the Covid-19 battlefield.
The numbers of cases, hospitalizations and deaths from the novel coronavirus are mind-blowing, even to the most seasoned health-care professionals — which leaves them feeling tired, worn-out, worried, and sick.
With new daily infections and death count, we see the latest version of the upward curve each day, hoping that it will โflattenโย soon. But itโs not going to happen today โ and not tomorrow.
Health-care providers have been asking โ no, begging โ people to stay home while they go to work.
“We came to work for you. Please stay home for us,” is their urgent cry to all of us.
We have to take this message seriously to flatten the curve, and contain deadly virus once-and-for-all, before it is too late.
