AGELESS at 80, Sir Cliff Richard (OBE), looks cool as he sings his hit song “We Don’t Talk Anymore” while dressed in casuals from his home in UK several days ago.
The lyrics of the hit song from 1979, which says, “It’s so funny why we don’t talk anymore, but I ain’t losing sleep and I ain’t counting sheep,” seems to take a dig at the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, which has forced many people to stay home over the past two months.
The British singer, musician, performer, actor and philanthropist, is also the winner of the BrandLaureate International Brand Personality Award (2007).
Born on October 14, 1940, Richard has sold more than 250 million records worldwide, in a music career which spans over 60 years.
