THE HEART OF A CHAMPION!
We could not be more proud of our Malaysian champions for bringing home gold in the French Karate International Open Championship on Sunday. Niva Sivaraman, 17 took home the Gold medal in the Kata Female Junior. The 9-member team, on a self-funded trip from International Okinawan Shorin-Ryu Sei-bu-kan Karate Do Association of Malaysia (IOSSKAM) beat competitors from 12 countries — including India, Japan, Ukraine, Romania and Italy to set the world record. Our athletes have proved that with focus and drive, we are truly capable of achieving incredible things. Congratulations!
